1. Services Provided

MKK Financial provides credit repair services, financial coaching sessions, and digital resources for personal financial improvement. We are not a law firm, financial institution, or credit bureau.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information

Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are

one-time flat fees

based on selected service tiers. These include:

Tier 1: Credit Repair Only

Tier 2: Credit Repair + Financial Coaching

Tier 3: Premium Coaching & Tools

Tier 4: Couples Coaching & Credit Support

No subscriptions are charged.

All sales are final.

Refunds are not issued once services are rendered or onboarding begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide true and complete credit and financial information

Cooperate with coaching and document requests

Not misrepresent your financial history

Understand that credit repair is not guaranteed to achieve a specific score or result

5. Service Duration

Each plan has a fixed time period (e.g., 45, 60, or 90 days). Services automatically expire at the end of that time unless renewed. You will be notified when your plan is about to end and may choose to purchase another.

6. Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions included in your plan must be scheduled and used within your plan's duration. Unused sessions do not roll over. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific credit scores, deletions, or financial outcomes. Results depend on individual financial history, creditor cooperation, and participation in the program.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, coaching materials, and digital downloads provided by MKK Financial are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or distribute these materials without written consent.

Your information is kept confidential and will not be sold or shared. Please refer to our

10. Limitation of Liability

MKK Financial is not liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from use of our services. You agree to release us from liability related to credit score changes, denials, or lender decisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
